Why We Became the Homeowner's Advocate
Roofing Duluth grew out of watching too many storm claims go the same way. The insurer had an adjuster. The contractor had a salesperson. And the homeowner, the one person whose house was actually on the line, had nobody explaining anything or making sure the damage was fully seen.
So we set out to fill that role. We document storm damage thoroughly and give you your own copy. We tell you honestly whether filing makes sense. We stand beside you when the adjuster inspects, and we send supplements when the estimate misses things. Then we install the roof to the manufacturer's specification, because a careless install undoes all of it.
On top of that, a standard warranty comes with each finished roof, and you may add further shingle or labor warranty coverage. Whether you need claim help, a replacement, a storm repair, gutters or a small fix, the approach is the same: your interests first.
